Who loves cookies?

I do!

Who has the time to bake cookies from scratch...every time you make cookies?

Not, me.

Who likes food that doesn't contain weird dyes and artificial colors?

I do! I do!

Who likes to do kind things for neighbors, elders, mailmen, and teachers?

I do!

Who likes to help me make the cookies? The four small children in my house. Have you even made cookies from scratch with four small children? good times, good times. Thank goodness for Betty Crocker. Using Betty Crocker's Sugar Cookie (which I picked up at my local Wally World...aka... Walmart.) in a package, I was able to spend a lovely Sunday afternoon making cookies with my children. We added butter, and 1 egg, and the package. We baked them, iced them, and sprinkled them. We then boxed them up and like little fairies we left the boxes in mailboxes and doorsteps to help #spreadcheer this holiday season.

What a simple way to spend quality time with family, while letting others know you care.

Can I also give a BIG shout out to Betty Crocker. I have a nephew who has a peanut allergy and the sweet and treats that he can actually eat are far a few in between. While it is true that sugar cookies contain no nuts...most companies have a warning about nuts...basically meaning they can't safely say that there is no nut contamination. It was so great to be able to whip up a treat quickly...and safely offer this to him.  Job well done, Betty Crocker

P.S. We iced our cookies with Betty Crocker's Rainbow Chip icing!!! It's back! I have missed it so!

The blue teal tag is precious and it is the one I used first when giving to others already.
